I can’t access the TV Audimeter

If you are not able to access the TV Audiometer with your username and password, it may have been changes for security reasons, for example, because other person was accessing your account. Call us to solve this problem.

Data from the day before is still not available in the TV Audimeter

Usually, the TV Audiometer is updated with the data of the previous day around 8:30 in the morning. On Saturdays, Kantar Media might take longer to publish this data, so it would take longer, approximately half an hour. On Sundays, our website is updated from 10:30. If you still can’t find the data of the previous day, please contact us.

I haven't received the reports that I am subscribed to

If you have not received the reports you usually receive in your email, please check your spam tray and, if you do not find them either, check that we have not sent a communication due to data delay by Kantar Media. If none of this solves the problem, please contact us.

The web takes a long time to load

We are always working in the optimization of our website in order to make it work as quickly as possible. However, sometimes there might be overloads in our server or maintenance processes that delays this operation. If you detect that the loading speed is not the usual, contact us so we can solve it.

I can’t find the monthly reports

Every time a new month starts, we publish the monthly report of the behaviour of TV audience throughout the morning. For example, the report of the month of May will be available on the first of June. If you don’t find any on our audience page, please let us know.
